Common questions
Before you ask us.
Do I own the code once it is finished?
Yes. On final payment you get the full source code and the hosting credentials. Nothing is locked to us, and you can hand it to another developer whenever you want.
What happens after the free year of support?
You can renew support annually, move to pay-per-task, or manage it yourself. Hosting renewal is quoted at cost — we do not mark it up.
We are in different countries. How does that actually work?
Every client we have is overseas, so this is the normal case for us rather than the exception. Calls are scheduled in your working hours, day-to-day contact is email and WhatsApp, you watch progress on a staging link, and we invoice in USD, SGD, EUR or ZAR.
What if the project needs changes halfway through?
Small changes inside the agreed scope are included. Anything that expands the scope gets a written add-on quote before we build it, so no invoice ever surprises you.
How do payments work?
Half to start and half on delivery, before handover. We accept international bank transfer and card payments, and can invoice in your currency.
Can you take over a project another developer abandoned?
Often, yes. Send us the repository or hosting access and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth rescuing or cheaper to rebuild.
